Another reason to love Manhattan: Out of nowhere, I started craving strawberries. I ran out to the little fruit stand half a block away from my apartment and, two minutes later (seriously, the screensaver on my computer hadn't kicked in yet), was eating strawberries. Instant gratification - it's a wonderful thing.Another use for chopstick dexterity: Fishing a runaway strawberry out of the garbage disposal.
